We love our products so much that we want to make sure you love them as much as we do. All our products are handmade and sourced naturally and organically, and uniquely feature elements of nature in its design through the use of preserved botanicals.
As a result of the delicate nature of our products, we would like to ensure you follow our care & safety instructions set below before first use.
Following our recommendations will drastically improve the life span and the quality of our products while enhancing the user experience.

GIFTS* - If you are planning on gifting any of our products please make sure they read this section before first use of our products.
Before lighting any candle, ensure it is stable and away from any drafts or opened windows. Keep the candle away from the reach of children and any pets.
- Use a wick trimmer to trim the wick of your candle to a 1/2 inch before lighting your candle for the first time; and each time after.
- Ensure the first burn reaches close to the edges of the candle preventing your candle from developing memory rings for future burns.
- Do not burn your candle for more than a few hours at a time and allow it to cool down to room temperature before the next light.
- Do not pick up or attempt to move a burning candle. Always extinguish the flame and wait until cool to move your candle.
- Always use a candle snuffer to extinguish your light. Do not blow the flames out as this may damage your candle.
- We recommend using a tray or coaster to prevent any damage that may occur to your surface.
If your candle is in a container, follow the instructions above in addition to the below:
Do not burn your candle towards the end of the wax as this causes an uneven distribution of heat and can damage the candle container or surface the candle is placed on. Instead, pop out the wax to use as wax melt. Read the re-purpose section for more information ->
- Do not leave unattended, wait until the wick has completely gone off before you leave.

In addition to the instructions listed under candle care, please remove all preserved botanicals before first use.
- Using a scissor and/or tweezer carefully remove the accents placed on top of the candle. Once cleared remove the wick tag and trim the wick to about half a centimetre before lighting your candle.
- Failure in removing the botanicals may cause the candle to set the accents alight. Please ensure these accents are removed completely before setting alight.
Do not burn your candle for more than a few hours each time.

For candles in a container, re-use the leftover candle wax by popping the container into the freezer (once it has cooled down completely) for about 15 minutes. Once removed the leftover wax should come apart easily. You can now burn these as wax melts. Way to get the last of the smells out! Brilliant!
Re-purpose our candle jars to hold a variety of household objects. For pens to organise your desk space or cotton rounds to organise your vanity, or even to double up as a tea light holder...or why not grow something in them? The possibilities are endless.
Once completely cooled down, submerge the jar in warm soapy water, give it a little scrub and voila!
Ensure the stand is placed on a flat and sturdy surface. Keep away from children and pets.
Matches are flammable and should be used with caution. Strike away from your body and other flammable materials, including other unlit matches.
For matches in a glass container, Do not keep too close to the fireplace as glass may heat up and cause injury.

All our bath products are made from natural ingredients. While it is highly unlikely to cause irritation we highly recommend that you carry out a patch test before your first use.
We especially recommend this if you suffer from any skin conditions or have particularly sensitive skin.
Consult your doctor before using if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Make sure you use a mesh sieve plug to capture the botanicals before draining the bath. We recommend you spread the wet botanicals flat on a towel. Once dry store them in an air-tight container for your next bath. Discard after the second use. Do not expose to direct sunlight.

Remove crystal along with twine before setting alight.
Use a candle to set your smudge alight rather than a lighter as it can take a few seconds to catch fire. Once the smudge catches fire blow the flame out gently.
Carry out your smudging ritual as directed here.
Use a fireproof bowl with sand to extinguish the smudge safely. You may choose to place the burning smudge on the fireproof bowl allowing it to extinguish on its own however please make sure you do not leave a lit smudge unattended. Don't have a fireproof bowl? Get one here.

The candle burns at a comfortable 38°C which is similar to a warm bath, however, this may be considered too hot for some. As a result, we highly recommend that you test the temperature of the oil before pouring it onto your skin.

Occasionally immerse your brush in a bowl of water and clean the bristles with liquid soap. Towel dry.
Rinse to clean after each use. Spray Tea tree oil.
Use for up to three months.
WET EXFOLIATING
Store in a cool dry place.
Occasionally immerse your loofah in a bowl of water and clean the bristles with liquid soap. Towel dry.
Rinse to clean after each use and squeeze and shake off any excess water. Store in a cool dry place.
Use for up to three months.

Occasionally spritz with water, especially during Summer months or if exposed directly to sunlight.

Place on a flat sturdy surface away from any drafts or open windows. Keep away from children/pets.
Do not pour water onto the plate when hot as this will cause the ceramic to crack and break. Allow to cool completely before cleaning. Surfaces will be hot to touch.
