A Blooming Cuppa

A Blooming Cuppa

What should one endeavour to do for a blooming cup of tea!? It seems like A LOT for the type of blooming tea we are talking about - but boy is it worth it!
Our journey begins in the mountainous forests in the Fujian region of China, where the elevation is high, and the temperatures drop low! The perfect atmosphere to grow high-grade green tea which forms the base to our blooming flower teas. Harvested by hand by experienced tea pluckers, our green tea buds are meticulously assembled with dried flowers in a painstakingly intricate process of folding the leaves into bulbs that will appear to bloom when immersed in boiling water. Hand-tied by artists, each bulb features a range of delicate flowers, designs and scents; all boasting a long list of health benefits!
