Directions of use

Fill the bag with a mix of bath salts and/or milk along with any botanicals of your choice. Use the string to fasten the bag under running water while your bath fills. 

During your bath, immerse the bath bag into the water (just like a teabag). Gently squeeze to release all the goodness into your bath. You may also choose to use the bag as a gentle exfoliator squeezing the salt/milk directly onto your skin.

Don't have time for a bath? Not a problem! You can still use your salt/milk mix with the bag, in and out of a quick shower. Fill the bag as instructed above, and while under the shower rub the bag all over your skin by gently squeezing the bag, extracting the creamy extracts directly onto your skin. 

At the end of your shower/bath rinse, towel dry, and moisturise immediately to lock in the hydration in your skin.
